Lutron system concerns?

 Maybe someone has unplugged the Lutron Main Repeater or main processor?

Maybe electrical breaker (main power to the house is disconnected)!

Is your house built with a panelized Homeworks Interactive lighting platform over 10 years ago?

You may not need to change everything?

By replacing a few components such as the keypads, and the main processor, your system could be as good as a new one!

Is your Lutron app displaying the following message: "Oops, wrong app! Your home system needs the Lutron Connect App"

As the message also says, it seems like you have the wrong mobile app. Please download the correct app, My Home Connect Bridge", and try again to connect to your home using your credentials.

Is your Lutron Connect app displaying the below message: "Unable to connect to the My Home Connect Bridge."

 Have you checked to see if your house is still connected to the internet?

Could someone have changed network settings and mistakenly disconnected the network wire to the Lutron Bridge (pro)?

Maybe re-starting your phone and making sure your phone is connected to the internet may help.

 Would you like to replace this Lutron lighting keypad with a more recent Lutron SeeTouch or Palladium Keypad?
